Your dry hire will be ready to collect from our showroom at an arranged time and date, and is to be returned by you at an agreed time.

If we are managing your venue we will set up prior to your event, and pack down all our gear after your event is finished.

Going Above And Beyond For Your Big Day

These couples had lots of ideas for what they wanted their wedding to be. Design consultant Shona helped them refine their wedding style and transform their venue, and then went beyond what they had imagined to help make their day perfect.

ALEISHA'S WEDDING

From COVID lockdown to venue changes to weather worries, Aleisha faced some major setbacks on the way to her dream wedding, but Shona and the team stepped up to help.

We were getting ready for our wedding but then covid shut us down, so Shona said "no problem, let's reschedule". When the time came it was a nightmare trying to get everyone in line again, but Shona and her team just fitted in around everyone else and made it work.

Then we had to change our venue and we had no dry option if it rained. Guess what, not only did it rain, but it bucketed down all day. Shona and Jess arrived at 8am and were still there at 8pm, they went above and beyond helping guests stay dry, producing drinks and desserts in the pouring rain. Yes, we had some cover, but it wasn’t really adequate. They put all the decorations up in the rain, dried the seats for the guests and helped move the gazebos from the ceremony area to the reception area and generally went well above any expectations we had of her.

Prior to the day Shona spent hours on the phone with me trying to help sort out different vendors. She didn’t have to do it but it made my day and helped me stay sane throughout the whole process. Without her our wedding day would not have been the success it was. Thank you for everything you did Shona and Jess.

RAJ'S WEDDING

The bride was still in India and the Groom let his sister do the arranging. It was very short notice, but we pulled together what turned out to be a magical two-day event.

I was asked to decorate the temple – for which I was very honoured – and also the reception at Eagle Ridge the next day. The Brief was: Pink - lots and lots of pink, chaise lounge and arch, but no bridal table needed. However, as you can see by the photo, on the day there was a slight change of plan - we need a bridal table! So, I pulled from all my extras on board and fossicked some gear from the kitchen to create a bridal table that worked in with the theme. The cake was next - no way was it going to sit on top of a wine barrel without something - so out came the creative flair and luckily the cake when it turned up was almost a perfect match.
